This Project Kahn Bugatti Veyron 16.4 has the most expensive license plate in the world: 'F1'. The license plate is 'worth' 9 million which is absolutely crazy! The owner, Afzal Khan, paid $870,000 for the United Kingdom vanity plate '' F1", and turned down a $9 Million offer for his Veyron's 'F1' license plate back in 2013.
